Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance – IPOA / QMS

• Ensure cGMP and GDP compliance across vaccine units.
• Handle change controls and documentation through TrackWise.
• Conduct impact assessments, risk evaluations, and compliance checks.
• Support audits and maintain regulatory documentation.

Vaccine Manufacturing – Cell Culture

• Perform media and buffer preparation.
• Handle cell banks and virus banks.
• Support viral DS manufacturing workflows.
• Manage aseptic operations inside BSC/LAF.
• Comply with biosafety and sterile handling procedures.

Formulation and Filling – Officer/Executive

• Operate formulation and fill-finish equipment.
• Handle RABS/Isolators in aseptic environments.
• Maintain cGMP documentation and batch-related records.
• Monitor sterile equipment sanitization and qualification.

Formulation & Filling – Plant Operator / Technical Assistant

• Operate fill-finish equipment.
• Handle RABS/Isolator systems.
• Assist in shift operations and aseptic processes.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences), Diploma (Engineering/Technical streams).
• 2–5 years practical hands-on experience in vaccines, sterile manufacturing, formulation, filling, or QA.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, aseptic techniques, and regulatory documentation.
• Experience with RABS/Isolator, biosafety cabinets, viral processing, or TrackWise is preferred.

Relevant Courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics/QA), M.Sc Microbiology, M.Sc Biotechnology, B.Tech Biotechnology, Diploma in Industrial Biotechnology.
