Job Role & Responsibilities

QA – Senior Executive (Fermentation Unit)

The QA Senior Executive role is a leadership-level quality position responsible for ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness across fermentation manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing quality assurance activities for fermentation batches and production records
• Reviewing and approving SOPs, BMRs, deviation reports, change controls, and CAPAs
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, and internal quality systems
• Supporting internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
• Coordinating with production and QC teams to maintain batch integrity
• Driving continuous improvement in quality systems and risk mitigation

This role requires deep hands-on QA exposure within fermentation or biotechnology manufacturing environments.

Production Officer – Fermentation Plant

The Production Officer will be responsible for end-to-end fermentation operations, including batch execution, equipment handling, and process monitoring.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring fermentation processes at pilot and commercial scale
• Handling inoculum preparation, sterilization, fermentation parameters, and harvesting
• Maintaining production documentation and batch manufacturing records

• Electrician Officer: 3–5 years in industrial electrical maintenance

B.Pharm and M.Pharm candidates are not eligible for any of these roles.

Location & Salary

All positions are based at Zytex Biotechnology’s Fermentation Manufacturing Unit, Manjusar GIDC, Vadodara, Gujarat.

• QA Senior Executive: CTC up to ₹10 LPA
• Production Officer: CTC up to ₹8 LPA
• QC Microbiologist Senior Executive: CTC up to ₹8 LPA
• Electrician Officer: CTC up to ₹3 LPA
