Global Calcium invites applications for the following positions in the Research and Development team:
Jr. Research Associate – R&D
- Qualification: MSc in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry
- Experience: 1–5 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in method development and validation
- Conduct literature search and technical documentation
- Support stability and impurity profiling studies
- Ensure proper documentation in accordance with GLP and regulatory requirements
Sr. Research Associate – R&D
- Qualification: MSc in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry
- Experience: 6–7 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytical method development and troubleshoot analytical issues
- Manage analytical documentation, review reports, and handle audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth tech transfers and R&D project execution
- Train and mentor junior scientists in laboratory practices and regulatory standards
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with a strong academic background in chemistry or analytical chemistry
- Sound knowledge of analytical instrumentation (HPLC, UV, IR, etc.)
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
