Job Role & Responsibilities

Microbiology – Injectables

Designation: Officer / Assistant Manager

Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology)

Experience: 2–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Perform water testing activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing systems.
• Conduct in-process sampling and microbiological monitoring.
• Analyze bulk water systems and purified water samples.
• Perform microbiological testing of finished products and APIs.
• Conduct MLT (Microbial Limit Testing).
• Perform Bioburden testing.
• Execute Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET).
• Conduct Sterility Testing and Preservative Efficacy Testing (PET).
• Support Antibiotic Assay activities.
• Ensure compliance with microbiology SOPs, GLP, and cGMP requirements.
• Maintain microbiological records and laboratory documentation.

Candidates with hands-on exposure to injectable microbiology laboratories and regulatory-compliant testing environments will be preferred.

Production – Injectables

Designation: Operator / Senior Operator

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Diploma

Experience: 2–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle aseptic manufacturing operations.
• Perform injectable production activities.
• Execute CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-In-Place) procedures.
• Operate manufacturing equipment used in sterile production.
• Perform line clearance activities.
• Follow cGMP guidelines and QMS requirements.
