Job Role & Responsibilities

Production (Plant Operator / Technical Assistant)

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment in topical ointment formulation.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain records of production and batch documentation.
• Assist in equipment cleaning, setup, and process adherence.

Filling & Packing (Plant Operator / Technical Assistant)

• Manage filling and packing operations for ointment formulations.
• Operate and maintain automated/semi-automated machinery.
• Conduct line clearance, in-process checks, and packaging compliance.
• Follow safety and quality protocols as per pharma industry standards.

Quality Control (Analyst / Executive / Sr. Executive)

• Conduct analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished formulations.
• Perform stability studies and validate analytical methods.
• Handle instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Testers.
• Participate in investigations for OOS/OOT results and documentation reviews.

• Education:
  • Production/Filling/Packing: B.Sc (Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology), Diploma, ITI
  • Quality Control: M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry)
• Experience: 2–7 years for Production & Packing, 3–7 years for QC roles.
