Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Trainee Officers – Production
- Assist in daily production activities under the guidance of senior staff.
- Operate and monitor equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate batch records and follow GMP practices.
- Learn and implement safety, cGMP, and quality guidelines.
2. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive – Production
- Manage day-to-day batch operations including reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other API production equipment.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and documentation protocols.
- Support deviation handling, change controls, and CAPA implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, and engineering) to ensure smooth plant operations.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Trainee Officers (Freshers Eligible): B.Sc Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive:
- B.Sc Chemistry / M.Sc Chemistry / Diploma Chemical / BE Chemical.
- 2–5 years’ experience in API manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Background: Candidates currently working on contract and those seeking permanent roles are welcome.
