Job Roles & Responsibilities

Production – Formulation / Biologics

• Departments: Filling, Blending, Process Equipments, Instrumentation, Engineering.
• Experience: 2–8 years.
• Designations: Officer, Sr. Officer, Executive, Sr. Executive.

Filling

• Manage shift plans for filling activities.
• Operate and maintain equipment including vacuum cleaners, tunnel sterilizers, filling and capping machines.

Blending

• Manage formulation shift plans.
• Operate and maintain autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP and SIP skids.

Engineering / Process Equipments

• Manage preventive maintenance and breakdowns of vial washing, filling, capping, autoclaves, labeling machines, jacketed vessels, and lyophilization equipment.
• Handle shift operations and ensure smooth production flow.

Instrumentation

• Execute instrumentation shift operations including BMS, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration, AMC, and interim projects.
• Review completion status of breakdowns, calibration, and PM works.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for PLCs and SCADA systems.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Production / Filling / Blending: B.Sc, ITI, B.Pharmacy, M.Sc in Life Sciences.
• Engineering / Process Equipments / Instrumentation: Diploma / B.Tech in relevant fields.
• Experience: 2–8 years in pharmaceutical production or engineering.
• Strong understanding of GMP, equipment handling, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage shifts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
