Job Role & Responsibilities
As a QA Executive/Sr. Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling qualification and validation of all equipment, instruments, utilities, and facilities.
- Managing Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including change control, OOS/OOT, deviations, incidents, and market complaint investigations.
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs, protocols, and reports.
- Conducting line clearance, audit trail checks, BMR & BPR reviews.
- Performing In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) for oral solid dosage (Tablets & Capsules).
- Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training compliance.
- Handling vendor management, supplier qualifications, and service provider audits.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: MSc. Chemistry, B Pharm, or M.Pharm
- Experience: 4–8 years in QA for pharmaceutical formulations
- Strong knowledge of IPQA for OSD (Tablets & Capsules)
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, audits, and QMS activities
