Job Role & Responsibilities

Production (Hormonal, API, Ophthalmic)

• Positions: Officer, Operator, Associate, Junior Officer.
• Education: B Pharm, D.Pharm, ITI, BSc.
• Experience: 2–8 years (2–6 years for Officer roles).
• Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain machines: Granulation, Compression (Fette 3200i), TRV, Flow Wrap, Autoclave, Sterilizers, Romaco filling machines.
  • Handle cleanroom operations, aseptic manufacturing, and GMP documentation.
  • Perform calibration, in-process checks, SAP entries, and BPR/ECR/e-log maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.

Warehouse

• Positions: Associate, Junior Officer.
• Education: Diploma, BSc.
• Experience: 2–5 years.
• Responsibilities:
  • Dispensing of raw materials and packaging.
  • Inventory control, SAP entries, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate stock movement documentation.

Quality Control (OSD/Ophthalmic)

• Positions: Officer.
• Education: B Pharm, MSc.
• Experience: 2–7 years.
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform analysis for finished goods, raw materials, and stability samples.
  • Operate QC instruments: HPLC, GC, UV, LCMS, GCMS, FTIR, KF, Dissolution Apparatus.
  • Conduct method validation, verification, and transfer.
  • Ensure GLP compliance and QC audit readiness.

Engineering (API & Formulation)

• Positions: Executive, Officer, Technician.
• Education: BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical), Diploma/ITI.
• Experience: 2–10 years.
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of tablet compression, coating, blender, VTD, HVAC, water systems, PLC, SCADA.
  • Handle electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation-related pharma machinery.
  • Support plant utilities, documentation (SOPs, SAP PM), calibration, and safety compliance.
