Job Role & Responsibilities
Open Positions:
- Production (Packing – HighCart Machine)
- Designation: Operator / Sr. Operator
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Responsibilities: Operation of HighCart packing machines, maintenance of equipment logs, ensuring smooth batch operation, and compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Production (Sugar Coating)
- Designation: Operator / Sr. Operator
- Experience: 2–6 years
- Responsibilities: Performing tablet coating processes, monitoring in-process quality, and maintaining safety & hygiene standards on the shop floor.
- Quality Assurance (IPQA / Stability)
- Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
- Experience: 2–4 years
- Responsibilities: Monitoring in-process activities, handling deviation, CAPA, and change control documentation, ensuring adherence to cGMP and GLP.
- Quality Control (HPLC)
- Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
- Experience: 4–6 years
- Responsibilities: Performing HPLC analysis for raw materials, in-process, and finished products, maintaining analytical data integrity, and preparing stability reports.
- Quality Control (Microbiology)
- Designation: Apprentice Trainee
- Experience: Freshers
- Responsibilities: Conducting microbial testing, environmental monitoring, and assisting in sterility validation procedures.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Production: 12th Pass or Graduation (B.Sc / Diploma)
- QA & QC: B.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc, or equivalent pharmaceutical qualifications
- Microbiology: M.Sc / B.Sc (Microbiology preferred)
Candidates with hands-on experience in regulatory-compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environments will be preferred.
