Job Role & Responsibilities
Danopharm is hiring for multiple positions in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Production departments. Below are the detailed roles and expectations for each opening:
1. QC Chemist / QC Officer
Department: Quality Control (QC)
Experience: 1–5 years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform testing and analysis using HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and GLP standards during testing.
- Conduct sampling, method validation, and documentation activities.
- Prepare and maintain analytical reports ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with QA for quality investigations and documentation.
Preferred Candidates:
- Male candidates preferred for this role.
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical QC labs.
2. QA Officer
Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor GMP guidelines and GDP practices.
- Participate in in-process QA (IPQA) activities.
- Manage deviation reports, change control, and CAPA processes.
- Support internal and external audits through documentation and compliance checks.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

3. Production Officer / Plant Operator
Department: Production
Experience: 1–3 years

- Operate and maintain pharmaceutical production plants as per SOPs.
- Execute Batch Production and Control Records (BPCR) documentation.
- Ensure smooth running of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Follow safety and GMP protocols during operations.
- Collaborate with QA and Engineering teams for process optimization.
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates with hands-on plant operation experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Required Education: B.Sc, M.Sc in Chemistry, Diploma, or ITI (AOCP)
- Experience Range: 1–5 years depending on position
- Technical Skills: HPLC, GC, Documentation, BPCR Filling, QA/QC Processes
