Job Role & Responsibilities
Encube is hiring for two key roles — QC Executive and QC Officer — to strengthen its Quality Control Department at the API Plant.
QC Executive (Experience: 4–8 years)
As a QC Executive, you will oversee analytical testing and ensure regulatory compliance within the QC department. You’ll mentor team members and ensure adherence to global quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform instrumental analysis using HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, and Polarimeter.
- Conduct method validation (AMV) and method transfer (AMT) activities.
- Manage instrument qualification and calibration processes.
- Handle analytical documentation, specifications, and test procedures in accordance with SOPs.
- Supervise sample analysis for raw materials, intermediates, and final API products.
- Support regulatory audits and maintain compliance with international guidelines (ICH, WHO, USFDA, MHRA).
- Oversee MS (Master Standards) and reference standard management.
QC Officer (Experience: 2–4 years)
The QC Officer will assist in performing analytical testing, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of laboratory results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and stability testing using HPLC and UV.
- Assist in instrument qualification and calibration.
- Ensure accuracy in test results and maintain analytical data integrity.
- Participate in AMV and AMT activities under supervision.
- Document test results and observations in line with GMP requirements.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
- B.Sc. or M.Pharm with analytical experience may also apply.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in HPLC, UV, and Polarimeter operation.
- Exposure to API Quality Control setup and compliance.
- Knowledge of AMV, AMT, MS, and instrument qualification.
- Good understanding of analytical methods, chemical analysis, and documentation practices.
- Excellent analytical thinking, precision, and teamwork.
