Job Role & Responsibilities
Rubicon Research is currently seeking passionate, experienced professionals for the following departments:
1. IPQA Manager
- Oversee in-process quality assurance activities in manufacturing operations.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead quality teams for batch review, deviation handling, and CAPA implementation.
- Manage audits (internal and external) and provide technical support during regulatory inspections.
2. QMS Officer
- Responsible for maintaining Quality Management System documentation.
- Manage change controls, deviations, CAPA, and OOS investigations.
- Implement continuous improvement programs aligned with quality standards.
- Support quality risk management and ensure compliance with corporate SOPs.
3. Lab QA Officer
- Conduct laboratory audits and ensure adherence to GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
- Review analytical data, protocols, and reports for accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in OOS/OOT investigations and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with QC and R&D for quality improvements.
4. Manufacturing Manager
- Plan and oversee manufacturing activities in compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Ensure smooth production operations with optimal resource utilization.
- Drive process improvements and maintain documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with QA, QC, and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Diploma in Pharmacy
- Experience Required: 5–10+ years (as per role)
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience with quality documentation and audit preparedness.
- Leadership and team management skills.
