Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates under the Young Professional Program (YPP) will undergo immersive training and gain exposure to high-performance manufacturing processes in Plasma Proteins and Biosimilars divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the manufacturing of plasma protein and biosimilar products.
- Support R&D and process optimization teams.
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality standards.
- Perform data recording, process validation, and documentation as per SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, QA, and QC.
The program aims to nurture young professionals into future leaders within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing ecosystem.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology), B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Biotechnology)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
- Department: Plasma Proteins and Biosimilars Manufacturing
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of bioprocess techniques, fermentation, and downstream processing
