Job Role & Responsibilities
Cadila Pharmaceuticals is inviting skilled professionals to join its Production (OSD) and Injection (Parenteral) departments. Depending on your qualification and experience, you’ll be assigned to suitable roles within the manufacturing process.
1. Production (OSD) – Officer / Executive
Focus Areas: Granulation, Compression, Coating
Qualification: B.Pharm
Experience: 1–7 years (Pharma OSD only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise operations in granulation, compression, and coating sections.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and documentation standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and assist in process optimization.
- Maintain product quality and adhere to QMS guidelines.
2. Production (OSD) – Technical Assistant / Operator
Focus Areas: Granulation, Coating, Compression, Capsule
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 1–5 years (Pharma OSD only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment.
- Support production runs under supervision.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality protocols.
3. Production (Injectable) – Technical Assistant / Operator
Focus Areas: Ampoule Filling, Autoclave, Sealing, Packing
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 2–6 years (Injectable pharma only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle aseptic operations in ampoule filling and sealing.
- Operate autoclave and other sterilization equipment.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and process controls.
4. Production (Injectable) – Officer / Executive
Focus Areas: Manufacturing, QMS, Packing
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm
Experience: 1–6 years (Injectable pharma only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production activities in manufacturing and packaging units.
- Oversee QMS documentation, deviations, and CAPA.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering departments.
- Maintain strict compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
Note: Male candidates preferred for all production roles.
Eligibility / Qualifications Summary
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc, ITI, or Diploma (Pharmaceutical / Chemical / Mechanical)
- Experience Range: 1–7 years
- Specialization: OSD / Injectable Production
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of GMP, QMS, and documentation practices.
- Technical understanding of production machinery and cleanroom operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
