Job Role & Responsibilities

Openings are available across Production, Packing, and Engineering functions.

Production (OSD)

Position: Operator / Senior Operator
Experience: 1–7 years
Key Areas: Compression, Granulation

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor compression and granulation equipment.
• Maintain batch records, adherence to SOPs, and GMP compliance.
• Support line clearance, in-process checks, and yield monitoring.
• Troubleshoot minor process deviations and coordinate with QA.

Packing (OSD)

Position: Operator / Sr. Operator / Executive
Experience: 1–7 years
Key Areas: Blister Packing, Bottle Packing

Responsibilities:

• Operate blister and bottle packing lines.
• Perform line clearance activities and pack integrity checks.
• Maintain packing records and equipment logs.
• Ensure serialization, aggregation, and compliance with regulatory packing guidelines.

Engineering (OSD)

Position: Jr. Technician / Jr. Engineer / Executive
Experience: 2–7 years
Key Areas: Packing & Process Maintenance, HVAC

Responsibilities:

• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Handle HVAC operations for OSD blocks.
• Maintain utility equipment, instruments, and calibration schedules.
• Coordinate with production for machine readiness and downtime reduction.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education

• ITI (All relevant trades)
• Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
• B.Sc (Science streams)
• B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical)
