Job Role & Responsibilities

Openings are available across Production, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.

Production – TA / Sr. TA (Capsule Filling, Compression, Continuous Coating)

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree
Experience: 3–8 years

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain capsule filling, compression, and continuous coating equipment.
• Support batch setup, machine operation parameters, troubleshooting, and production efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including BMR/BPR, logbooks, and online records.
• Follow cGMP, EHS practices, and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate with QA/IPQA for line clearance, sampling, deviations, and CAPA alignment.

Quality Control – Executive (IP/FP, RM/PM, Stability, GLP, HPLC, GC)

Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm
Experience: 2–6 years

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of RM/PM, in-process, and finished products.
• Operate instruments including HPLC, GC, UV, and general wet chemistry setups.
• Support stability studies and GLP-compliant laboratory documentation.
• Prepare and review analytical reports and ensure data integrity.
• Handle OOS/OOT investigations and support QMS compliance.

Quality Assurance – Executive (AQA, IPQA, Market Complaints)

Qualification: B.Pharm
Experience: 2–6 years

Responsibilities:

• Perform AQA and IPQA activities for OSD manufacturing areas.
• Review BMR/BPR, SOPs, change controls, deviations, and CAPA documentation.
• Support market complaint investigation and product quality assessments.
• Conduct shop-floor checks for compliance with GMP, GLP, and GEP.
• Assist internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.
