Clinical Safety Scientist
Experience: 5–8 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end medical review and clinical assessment of safety data.
- Evaluate adverse events (AEs), serious adverse events (SAEs), and product safety information.
- Support aggregate report preparation such as DSURs, PBRERs, and risk management planning.
- Ensure compliance with global safety regulations including FDA, EMA, ICH, and E2B guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for signal detection, risk evaluation, and safety surveillance.
- Review case narratives, medical coding, and classification in line with MedDRA.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and data integrity across all safety systems.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
Experience Requirements
- 5–8 years in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Safety, Drug Safety Operations, or Medical Review.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial safety reporting and post-marketing surveillance.
- Hands-on experience with safety databases and global compliance systems.
Location & Salary
Work Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
