Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Sr. Executive / Executive – Technology Transfer
Experience: 4–7 years
Qualification: M.Pharm

Key Responsibilities

• Execute technology transfer for solid oral and other pharmaceutical dosage forms.
• Support scale-up, process optimization, and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Review and compile technology transfer documents, including PDR, MFR, BMR, and process validation protocols.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA, QC, and regulatory teams for seamless transfer.
• Troubleshoot process challenges during exhibit and commercial batches.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, QMS expectations, and documentation accuracy.
• Prepare knowledge-transfer reports, risk assessments, and change-control documents.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related streams.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in formulation development or technology transfer.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes: granulation, compression, coating, blending, and scale-up.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations for regulated-market submissions.
