Job Role & Responsibilities
IPQA Officer / Executive – Injectables
No. of Positions: 03
Department: Quality Assurance
Area: Injectable – Liquid, Dry Powder, Lyophilized
Experience: 3–6 years
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform in‑process quality assurance activities across sterile manufacturing areas.
- Execute line clearance for vial washing, filling, sealing and lyophilization operations.
- Monitor critical process parameters in real time and escalate deviations promptly.
- Coordinate with Production, QA and QC teams to maintain workflow and compliance.
- Verify documentation (BMR/BPR), logbooks and room conditions before batch execution.
- Support aseptic behavior audits, media fill exercises and on‑floor GMP checks.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, cGMP and internal QMS practices.
This role requires strong observational skills, process discipline and sound understanding of sterile manufacturing.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education:
- B.Pharmacy
- M.Pharmacy
Relevant Courses (comma‑separated): B.Pharm, M.Pharm Pharmaceutics, M.Pharm Quality Assurance, PG Diploma in Quality Control & Assurance, Diploma in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs.
Experience: 3–6 years in IPQA for injectable manufacturing (liquid, dry powder, lyophilized).
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of aseptic practices, cleanroom classifications and environmental controls.
- Understanding of batch documentation, QMS, deviations and CAPA.
- Strong coordination ability for shop‑floor quality support.
- Ability to work in high‑compliance sterile operations.
