Job Role & Responsibilities

The Production Officer/Sr. Officer role involves end-to-end participation in formulation manufacturing. The position requires solid operational experience, accuracy in documentation, and compliance with established procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating granulation equipment (dry and wet granulation)
• Running compression machines efficiently and ensuring optimum output quality
• Handling capsule filling machines and monitoring in-process checks
• Executing coating processes under standard operating procedures
• Managing blending and mixing operations with focus on product uniformity
• Preparing and reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
• Ensuring adherence to cGMP, safety practices, and quality guidelines
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production area

These tasks involve coordination with cross-functional teams and maintaining smooth workflow across production stages.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

Education:
BSc, MSc, BPharm, MPharm. Relevant fields include Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry.

Experience:
2 to 5 years in formulation production. Hands-on operational experience on granulation, compression, capsule filling, blending, coating, and related equipment is essential.

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of BMR documentation
• Machine handling expertise in tablet and capsule manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and safety standards
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues
