Job Role & Responsibilities
Production – TA / Sr. TA / Executive
Production professionals will be involved in core manufacturing activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling operations
- Maintaining batch manufacturing records and production logs
- Adhering to GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines
- Coordinating with QA and engineering teams
Packing – TA / Sr. TA / Executive
Packing staff will manage secondary packing and serialization activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating labeling machines and track & trace systems
- Managing secondary packing documentation
- Ensuring compliance with GMP and packaging SOPs
Quality Control – Executive
QC professionals will handle analytical and stability testing.
Responsibilities include:
- Analysis of IP, FP, RM, and PM samples
- Stability studies and GLP documentation
- Operation of HPLC and GC instruments
- Supporting investigations and audit readiness
Quality Assurance – Executive
QA professionals will support quality systems and compliance activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Analytical QA (AQA) and market complaint handling
- Ensuring compliance with QMS and SOPs
- Supporting audits and regulatory inspections
