Job Role & Responsibilities

Analytical Method Development – Formulation

Designation: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate

Key responsibilities include:

• Analytical method development for oral solid dosage formulations
• Method validation and method transfer activities
• Stability sample analysis and documentation
• Handling instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, and dissolution systems
• Supporting regulatory submissions and compliance documentation
• Adhering to GLP, GMP, and data integrity requirements

Bulk Drugs / CRD (Chemical Research & Development)

Designation: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate

Key responsibilities include:

• Literature survey and route scouting for API synthesis
• Identification and optimization of synthetic routes
• Process development with focus on cost, yield, and quality
• Scale-up support and technology transfer documentation
• Characterization and impurity profiling
• Maintaining R&D documentation as per regulatory standards
