Job Role & Responsibilities

Micro Labs is hiring for multiple departments within sterile formulation manufacturing. Roles are open across different experience levels, from technical staff to managerial positions.

Production – Sterile Formulation

• Handling batch manufacturing and sterile filling operations
• Working with injectable, BFS eye drops, and three-piece sterile products
• Operating ampoule and vial washing machines such as Macofar
• Operating filling machines including ROTA, Groninger three-piece systems, and BFS filling lines
• Managing autoclave operations and sterilization processes
• Ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating with quality and engineering teams during production activities

Quality Control

• Performing analysis of finished formulation products
• Handling stability studies and routine QC testing
• Executing analytical method validation and method transfer activities
• Maintaining documentation as per regulatory and data integrity requirements
• Supporting audits and regulatory inspections

Microbiology

• Acting as reviewer or section in-charge for microbiology operations
• Managing QMS activities related to microbiology
• Conducting microbial limit testing, sterility testing, and environmental monitoring
• Ensuring contamination control in sterile manufacturing facilities
• Supporting regulatory inspections and internal audits

Information Technology (IT)

• Managing QC and Production-related software systems
• Handling installation, qualification, and validation of software tools
• Supporting audit compliance related to IT systems
• Ensuring data integrity and system security within pharmaceutical operations
