Job Role & Responsibilities

Ind-Swift is hiring across multiple departments. Each role is aligned with cGMP-compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing and requires strict adherence to quality and regulatory guidelines.

Packing – Officer / Senior Officer

• Managing day-to-day packing operations in regulated environments
• Operating and supervising packing equipment such as BQS and auto-cartonators
• Ensuring adherence to cGMP guidelines and SOPs
• Maintaining packing documentation and batch records
• Coordinating with QA and production teams to resolve quality issues

Packing – Operator / Senior Operator

• Executing packing activities as per approved procedures
• Handling primary and secondary packing equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and documentation standards

Production – Officer / Senior Officer / Executive

• Supervising manufacturing operations including granulation, compression, and capsule filling
• Ensuring process compliance with cGMP requirements
• Monitoring batch manufacturing activities and documentation
• Coordinating with QA, QC, and engineering teams

Production – Operator / Senior Operator

• Operating equipment for granulation, compression, and coating
• Following SOPs and safety procedures during manufacturing activities
• Supporting batch execution and documentation

Engineering – Executive / Senior Executive / Supervisor

• Handling HVAC, BMS, utilities, boilers, and process maintenance
• Executing preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with regulatory standards
• Supporting audits and inspections related to engineering systems

Candidates with prior regulatory exposure will be given preference across departments.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must meet the role-specific eligibility criteria.

Required Qualifications:

• Production / Packing Officer roles: B.Pharm
• Operator roles: 10+2 or ITI
• Engineering roles: B.Tech, M.Tech, Diploma, or ITI

Relevant Courses Accepted:
B.Pharmacy, Diploma in Engineering, ITI Mechanical, ITI Electrical, ITI Instrumentation, 12th Standard

Experience Requirements:

• Packing Officer / Senior Officer: 3–6 years
• Packing Operator / Senior Operator: Relevant experience preferred
• Production Officer / Executive: 2–7 years
• Production Operator / Senior Operator: 1–6 years
• Engineering Executive / Supervisor: 3–6 years
