Job Role & Responsibilities
Officer – Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting analytical development and validation activities for formulation products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and successful technology transfer. Key responsibilities include:
• Performing analytical method development and validation activities
• Supporting development and validation of analytical procedures for formulations
• Conducting analysis using chromatographic and physicochemical techniques
• Preparing and reviewing analytical protocols, reports, and documentation
• Supporting stability studies and data evaluation
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating with formulation development, QA, and QC teams
• Supporting regulatory submissions and audit readiness
This role offers direct exposure to regulated analytical development processes aligned with EU-GMP expectations.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
B.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry or related disciplines)
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in analytical development or validation
• Prior exposure to pharmaceutical formulation analysis is preferred
Key Skills:
• Strong understanding of analytical development principles
• Knowledge of method validation and regulatory expectations
• Good documentation and data interpretation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
