Job Role & Responsibilities

Formulation Development (R&D Roles)

• Perform literature search for regulated and semi-regulated market formulations
• Design and develop prototype formulations for IR/MR solid oral dosage forms
• Conduct formulation trials and optimize product performance
• Scale up formulations from lab scale to pilot and commercial production levels
• Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues
• Prepare technical documentation including Product Development Reports (PDR) and stability protocols
• Execute technology transfer (TT) activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT)

Role-Specific Expertise

• Expertise in pellet dosage form development (mandatory for Assistant Manager & above)
• Experience in pellet formulation preferred for Scientist roles
• Ability to lead and manage a team of scientists (for Deputy Manager role)
