Job Role & Responsibilities

Injectable Manufacturing (Production & Packing)

Candidates will be responsible for handling sterile manufacturing processes in a regulated environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring injectable manufacturing equipment
• Handling aseptic processing, sterile filling, sealing, and filtration
• Managing batch manufacturing and production documentation
• Performing packing and visual inspection activities
• Working on advanced lines such as Ophthalmic, Vial, PFS, LYO, and Cartridge systems
• Operating filling machines with isolator and C-RABS technology

Quality Assurance – IPQA & EM

• Monitoring environmental conditions in sterile areas
• Performing viable and non-viable particle monitoring
• Conducting personnel and aseptic behavior monitoring
• Preparing trend analysis reports and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines

QA Validation

• Preparing and executing validation protocols (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Handling equipment qualification such as Autoclave, HVAC, UAF, DPB, and tunnels
• Supporting validation activities and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical validation standards

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification

Diploma, ITI, B.Sc, B.A, B.Com, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc

Relevant Courses:
Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Life Sciences

Experience

• Apprentices/Trainees: 0–1 year
• Officers/Executives: 2–7 years
• Operators/Supervisors: 1–9 years
• Assistant Manager: 12–15 years

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in sterile, aseptic, or parenteral manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and documentation
• Experience in filling, sealing, filtration, and inspection processes
• Familiarity with isolator and C-RABS technology
• Strong understanding of environmental monitoring and validation
