Job Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (Across Departments)

• Execute manufacturing operations in sterile injectables, OSD, cytotoxic, and packing units
• Operate and monitor production equipment including microfluidizers and filling lines
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols in all operations
• Perform in-process checks and maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR)
• Support quality assurance activities including documentation review and compliance checks
• Conduct quality control testing for pharma and biotech products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in controlled environments (cleanroom operations)
• Assist in validation, calibration, and routine maintenance of equipment
• Work collaboratively with QA, QC, and production teams to meet regulatory standards

Department-Wise Roles

Production / Injectables / Cytotoxic

• Handle sterile manufacturing processes
• Work in controlled environments with oncology products

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines
• Review batch records and deviation reports

Quality Control (QC Pharma & Biotech)
