Job Role & Responsibilities
MICC Associate (Medical Information Contact Center)
- Handle medical information queries from healthcare professionals and stakeholders
- Support pharmacovigilance activities including adverse event intake and documentation
- Ensure accurate and compliant communication aligned with regulatory standards
- Maintain records and ensure proper documentation of all interactions
- Collaborate with internal safety and medical teams for query resolution
- Follow SOPs, global compliance guidelines, and quality standards
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BSc, MSc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry)
- Experience: 0–4 years (freshers eligible)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance and medical information processes
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
