Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Department

• Operate automatic visual inspection machines for ampoules
• Handle ampoule blister operations and packing processes
• Manage production workflows and ensure GMP compliance
• Oversee manufacturing operations (Manager & Plant Head roles)

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC and other instruments
• Handle raw material (RM), packing material (PM), and bulk analysis
• Review analytical data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage stability studies and QC documentation

QMS / Quality Assurance Support

• Handle audit, compliance, deviation, SOP, and training activities
• Maintain documentation systems aligned with GMP requirements

Microbiology (QC Micro)

• Perform environmental monitoring and microbiological testing (MLT)
• Ensure contamination control and cleanroom compliance

Maintenance / Engineering

• Handle engineering documentation and compliance activities
• Maintain plant equipment and instrumentation systems
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance

These roles are critical in ensuring pharmaceutical product quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient manufacturing operations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology), Diploma, ITI, BE/B.Tech (Electrical, Instrumentation)

Experience Required:

• Freshers to 20 years (depending on role)

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of GMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with HPLC, analytical testing, and microbiology techniques
• Exposure to injectable manufacturing preferred
• Strong documentation and audit readiness skills
