Job Role & Responsibilities

Market Development

  • Analyze territory potential and market opportunities.
  • Monitor oncology market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify referral pathway challenges and unmet patient needs.
  • Develop territory growth strategies in collaboration with management.
  • Support access expansion in reimbursed healthcare segments.

Scientific Engagement

  • Build long-term relationships with oncologists and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct scientific discussions related to oncology therapies.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs teams for scientific initiatives.
  • Support Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs.
  • Increase disease awareness and therapy adoption through scientific engagement.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop territory-specific sales plans.
  • Ensure effective call planning and customer engagement.
  • Improve brand availability and accessibility.
  • Drive growth of the oncology portfolio within the assigned territory.

Stakeholder Management

  • Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Collaborate with healthcare practitioners, hospitals, and institutions.
  • Engage with patient advocacy groups and relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing, medical, and commercial teams.

Territory Management

  • Track territory performance metrics.
  • Gather customer insights and market intelligence.
  • Monitor sales trends and business opportunities.
  • Utilize digital tools and technology for effective field operations.

Educational Qualification
