Job Role & Responsibilities
Teaching Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy courses.
- Conduct theory classes, practical sessions, and laboratory training.
- Develop course materials and academic content.
- Mentor students in academic and professional development.
Research Activities
- Conduct high-quality research in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals.
- Develop research proposals and secure sponsored projects.
- Contribute to patents, intellectual property generation, and technology transfer activities.
Student Guidance
- Supervise undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral research projects.
- Guide students in thesis preparation and dissertation work.
- Support innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry-oriented projects.
Departmental Contributions

Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- First Class in B.Pharm
- First Class in M.Pharm
- Ph.D. in the relevant subject

Salary:
- Assistant Professor (Contract): ₹60,000 – ₹90,000 per month
- Assistant Professor (Regular): ₹57,700 Basic Pay (Level 10, 7th CPC) plus allowances and institute benefits
