Job Role & Responsibilities
Market Development
- Analyze territory potential and market opportunities.
- Monitor oncology market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify referral pathway challenges and unmet patient needs.
- Develop territory growth strategies in collaboration with management.
- Support access expansion in reimbursed healthcare segments.
Scientific Engagement
- Build long-term relationships with oncologists and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct scientific discussions related to oncology therapies.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs teams for scientific initiatives.
- Support Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs.
- Increase disease awareness and therapy adoption through scientific engagement.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop territory-specific sales plans.
- Ensure effective call planning and customer engagement.
- Improve brand availability and accessibility.
- Drive growth of the oncology portfolio within the assigned territory.
Stakeholder Management
- Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Collaborate with healthcare practitioners, hospitals, and institutions.
- Engage with patient advocacy groups and relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing, medical, and commercial teams.
Territory Management
- Track territory performance metrics.
