Requirements:

Hands on exposures in some of the studies mentioned here – Physicochemical assays (Solubility, LogD, Chemical stability etc), Permeability (PAMPA, Caco-2, MDCK-MDR1…), Metabolism (Microsomes, S9, hepatocytes,..), CYP inhibition/induction, Plasma Protein Binding, Blood to plasma ratio, Transporters etc.
Willingness to perform scientific tasks in a team Candidate should have the capability to perform at least a few assays independently.
Good communication skill
