Job Role & Responsibilities
Cadila Pharmaceuticals is hiring for the following positions:
1. Engineering Department
- Position: Technical Assistant / Fitter / Electrician
- Section: Pharma Parenteral Process Equipment Fitter & Electricians
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 3–8 years (must have pharma parenteral block experience)
- Position: Officer to Executive
- Section: Plant Maintenance
- Qualification: BE – Mechanical
- Experience: 3–6 years (experience in Parenteral & OSD block mandatory)
2. Production – OSD
- Position: Technical Assistant / Operator
- Section: Capsule Manufacturing
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 3–8 years (pharmaceuticals only)
3. Central Packing – OSD
- Position: Officer
- Section: Primary & Secondary Packing
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: 1–5 years (pharmaceuticals only)
- Position: Apprentice
- Section: Primary & Secondary Packing
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: Freshers
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Background: ITI, Diploma, BE (Mechanical), B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm.
- Experience Range: Fresher – 8 years depending on the role.
- Preferred Skills:
- Pharma manufacturing/packing experience mandatory (except apprentices).
- Knowledge of QMS, GMP, CAPA, and Change Control.
- Technical skills in equipment handling, plant maintenance, and capsule production.

- Salary: Attractive salary packages based on experience and qualification (₹10,000 stipend for apprentices).
