Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Operator (Compression) – ITI Qualified (01 Opening)
- Experience: 2–4 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor tablet compression machines.
- Perform machine setup, changeover, and shutdown as per SOP.
- Conduct in-process checks (weight, thickness, hardness, friability, disintegration).
- Maintain BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and logbooks.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and safety protocols.
- Assist during regulatory audits (USFDA, EU, WHO).
2. Production Department – Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive (02 Openings)
- Qualification: B.Pharm
- Experience: 4–6 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production schedules in line with production plans.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, engineering, and planning teams.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and consumables.
- Maintain documentation: BMRs, BPRs, logbooks.
- Handle deviations, CAPA, and change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with international audit standards (USFDA, EU, WHO, MHRA, ANVISA).
Eligibility / Qualifications
- For Operator: ITI (Pharma/Mechanical/Relevant field) with 2–4 years’ experience in compression machine operations.
- For Production Officer/Executive: B.Pharm with 4–6 years’ experience in production, strong exposure to international regulatory audits.
Relevant Courses: B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy), ITI in Mechanical/Pharmaceutical fields.
