Job Role & Responsibilities

Ciron Drugs is hiring across multiple departments with roles for both freshers and experienced professionals. Key responsibilities include:

Engineering & Maintenance:

Execute HVAC systems, plant maintenance, and equipment qualification
Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards
Support engineering projects and process optimizations

Quality & Validation:

Perform IPQA, QA audits, and stability studies
Conduct validation and qualification of equipment
Maintain regulatory documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Production & Operations:

Operate autoclaves, vial/ampoule filling lines, packing, and batch manufacturing
Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality checks, and SOPs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and compliance

Microbiology:

Assist in microbiological testing, environmental monitoring (EM), and lab documentation
Support R&D and QC teams in laboratory operations

HVAC Executive: 5–8 years, ITI/B.E./Diploma Mechanical Engineering
Plant Maintenance Officer: 2–4 years, B.E./B. Tech/Diploma Mechanical

Pharma Production Roles:

Batch Manufacturing Officer/Executive: Fresher to 8 years, D Pharma/B Pharma/M Pharma
Packing Operator: 1 year, D Pharma/ITI/Diploma
Autoclave/Vial/Ampoule Operator/Officer: 1 year, D Pharma/B Pharma/M Pharma

QA / QC & Validation:

QA / IPQA Officer: 2–4 years, B Pharma/M Pharma/B.Sc/M.Sc
