Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Production (Manager/Asst. Manager/Executive/Officer)
- Oversee API and formulation production activities.
- Manage batch records, SOPs, and GMP compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
2. Quality Assurance (Officer/Executive/Manager)
- Review and approve validation protocols and reports.
- Conduct in-process checks, audits, and CAPA implementation.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, and WHO guidelines.
3. R&D (Officer/Executive)
- Support API synthesis and formulation development.
- Conduct method validation and analytical studies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and lab compliance.
4. Engineering (Officer/Executive – Electrical, Mechanical, Utilities)
- Perform preventive maintenance of pharma equipment.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Maintain calibration and validation of engineering systems.
5. Warehouse (Officer/Executive/Manager)
- Oversee raw material, packing material, and finished goods handling.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and SAP entries.
- Follow GMP documentation and safety procedures.
6. HR/Admin & Labour Management
- Handle employee relations, statutory compliance, and shift allocations.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharma Sciences)
- Diploma / BE (Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering)
- ITI, Any Graduate, MBA (for Warehouse/Admin roles)
- Experience Range: 0 – 12 years (depending on position)
- Freshers with pharma-related qualifications may also apply for select roles.
