Job Role & Responsibilities
Ipca Laboratories is inviting qualified and experienced professionals for its Quality Assurance (API) division at Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.
1. Assistant Manager – QA (API)
Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience: 10–14 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Quality & Validation activities in the API manufacturing setup
- Manage QMS documentation, deviation control, and change management
- Ensure regulatory compliance with cGMP standards and validation master plans
- Oversee Computer System Validation (CSV) and Annual Product Quality Review (APQR)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for continuous quality improvements
2. Officer / Junior Officer – QA (API)
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / B.Sc
Experience: 2–4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Support qualification and validation processes
- Maintain QMS and documentation systems
- Assist in internal audits, deviation management, and CAPA tracking
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: M.Sc, M.Pharm, B.Pharm, B.Sc
- Preferred Courses: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Industrial Pharmacy, Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Technology
