Job Role & Responsibilities
As part of the Medical Information Contact Centre (US Process), you will:
- Handle medical information queries from healthcare professionals and patients
- Deliver accurate responses in alignment with regulatory and company guidelines
- Provide exceptional communication while maintaining professionalism in a voice process
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D (2024–2025 pass outs and earlier)
- Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle queries with patience and professionalism
