Job Role & Responsibilities
Position: Technology Transfer – Executive / Officer / Associate
Experience: 2–8 years (M.Pharm/B.Pharm) | Fresher M.Pharm (2024–2025 passouts) eligible
Location: Jadcherla, Telangana – Unit 7 (OSD formulation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in transferring formulations from development to commercial manufacturing while ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Execute technology transfer protocols, including process documentation, equipment qualification, and batch verification.
- Support scale-up studies and validation activities to maintain production efficiency.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and deviations during the transfer.
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, and production teams to ensure smooth handover of processes.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for regulatory audits and internal reviews.
- Ensure adherence to GMP standards and safety protocols during all transfer activities.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: M.Pharm or B.Pharm (Fresher M.Pharm 2024–2025 passouts eligible)
- Experience: 2–8 years in pharma technology transfer or formulation development (for experienced candidates)
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of OSD formulation processes including granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation.
- Familiarity with process validation, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset for problem-solving during technology transfer.
