Job Role & Responsibilities
Candidates will be responsible for various operations within OSD and Injectable manufacturing, quality control, and packing processes:
OSD Manufacturing:
- Positions: Officer, Senior Officer, Executives, Operators, Apprentice
- Key Responsibilities: Granulation, coating, compression, capsule filling, bottle packing, and machine operation including RMG, FBE, FETTE, Autocoaters, and Tablet Compression machines
Injectable Manufacturing & Packing:
- Positions: Officer, Senior Officer, Executives
- Key Responsibilities: Sterile/Parenteral/Aseptic operations, bag/vial filling, sealing, filtration, batch manufacturing, autoclave operations, terminal sterilization, microsphere packing, and visual inspection
Quality Control (QCC):
- Positions: Officers, Senior Officers, Executives
- Responsibilities: GLP operations, calibration and handling of HPLC (Waters & SHIMADZU), GC (Agilent), UV, FTIR, K/F, AAS, IC, dissolution testing; raw material, in-process, and finished product analysis; documentation, method transfer, SOPs, OOS/OOT investigations, change control, CAPA, and deviation management
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm, Diploma, ITI (depending on the role)
- Experience: Fresher to 7 years depending on the position
- Skills: Hands-on experience with OSD and Injectable manufacturing, QC instrumentation, aseptic techniques, documentation, and compliance
- Machine Exposure: RMG, FBE, FETTE, Autocoaters, Tablet Compression Machines, Bottle Packing Line with Track & Trace System, Bag Filling/Vial Filling, Autoclave, Terminal Sterilization
