Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Quality Control (QC) – 08 Vacancies

• Analyze raw materials, finished, in-process, and stability samples.
• Operate instruments such as HPLC, UV, Dissolution Apparatus, GC, IR, and AAS.
• Documentation related to QMS.
• Reviewer Role: Review GMP documents including analytical worksheets of in-process and finished products.

2. Quality Assurance (QA) – 08 Vacancies

• Handle IPQA and QMS-related activities.
• Manage Qualification & Validation, Vendor Management, and Batch Release.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and SOPs.

3. Production – 10 Vacancies

• Operate and troubleshoot machines in Compression, Granulation, Coating, and Capsule Filling.
• Documentation of production activities.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP practices.

4. Packing – 10 Vacancies

• Handle Blister Packing, Cartonator, and Liquid Manufacturing & Packing.
• Troubleshoot packing machinery and maintain records.

5. Instrumentation Engineering – 04 Vacancies

• Work on OSD plant instrumentation and machinery.
• Operate and maintain Compression, Granulation, Coating, and Packing machinery.
• Exposure to Blister Packing & Cartonator machinery preferred.

6. Engineering (Electrical/Fitter/Instrumentation/HVAC) – 06 Vacancies

• Maintenance of OSD plant machinery.
• Exposure to Compression, Granulation, Coating, Packing machinery.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Quality Control: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, 2–12 years of experience.
• Quality Assurance: B.Pharm./M.Pharm., 2–8 years of experience.
• Production: B.Pharm./M.Pharm./ITI/D.Pharm., 1–6 years of experience.
• Packing: B.Pharm./M.Pharm./B.Sc./ITI/D.Pharm., 1–6 years of experience.
• Instrumentation: B.E. in Instrumentation, 4–10 years of experience.
• Engineering: ITI/Diploma (Electrical/Fitter/RFM/Instrumentation/HVAC), 2–6 years of experience.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have working experience in OSD Manufacturing Plants, exposure to regulatory audits, and prior experience in regulatory-approved facilities.

Relevant Courses: Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Instrumentation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance.
