Job Role & Responsibilities

Ajanta Pharma is conducting a walk-in interview for multiple departments:

Manufacturing / Packing – Sr. Officer / Officer

• Operate and oversee OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing activities including compression, coating, and capsule filling.
• Manage primary and secondary packing operations.
• Work with electronic BPR (Batch Production Records) and e-log systems.

Quality Control – Sr. Officer / Officer

• Conduct analysis of Solid Oral Finished Products, in-process, and stability samples.
• Operate instruments like HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, dissolution tester, and walk-in stability chamber.
• Perform analytical method validation.

Manufacturing / Packing – Associate / Operator

• Handle OSD manufacturing activities such as granulation, pellet coating, compression, and coating.
• Operate packing machinery including blister packing, sachet filling, cartonator, and labeling machines.

Maintenance – Sr. Officer / Officer / Assistant

• Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing and packing equipment including granulation, coating, blister, and strip machines.
• Support powder and bulk packing line operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP documentation.

Quality Assurance – Sr. Officer / Officer

• Support IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) and AQA (Analytical Quality Assurance).
• Assist in technology transfer processes.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Manufacturing/Packing (Officer): B Pharm, M.Pharm with 3–8 years of experience.
• Quality Control: BSc, MSc, B Pharm, M.Pharm with 2–8 years of experience.
• Manufacturing/Packing (Associate/Operator): 10th, 12th + ITI, Diploma, D.Pharm with 3–10 years of experience.
• Maintenance: B.E (Electrical) for Officers; ITI (Electrical Trade) for Assistants with 4–10 years of experience.
• Quality Assurance: B Pharm, M.Pharm with 3–8 years of experience.

Skills:

• Hands-on knowledge of OSD manufacturing and packing processes.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and documentation.
• Analytical skills for QC roles with knowledge of advanced lab instruments.
• Technical know-how for maintenance roles.
