Job Roles & Responsibilities

Production Injectables

• Designation: Compounding Chemist (CIP/SIP), Compounding & Autoclave Operators, Vial Filling & Vial Washing Operators
• Experience Required: 5 to 10 years
• Responsibilities: Handling injectable formulations, operating vial filling and washing machines, maintaining GMP compliance, performing compounding operations efficiently.

OSD Production

• Designation: Granulation, Coating, Compression Operators, Blister Packing, Bottle, QMS Activity
• Experience Required: 3 to 7 years
• Responsibilities: Production of oral solid dose formulations, machine operation, packaging, and ensuring adherence to quality management systems.

QA-QMS Injectables

• Designation: Deputy Manager
• Experience Required: 12 to 16 years
• Responsibilities: Conduct investigations, root cause analysis, change control, incident handling, deviation management, CAPA, and handling market complaints & recalls.

QA-IPQA Injectables

• Designation: Chemist, Executive
• Experience Required: 3 to 7 years
• Responsibilities: Providing line clearance for production manufacturing, supporting QA operations.

QC

• Designation: Chemist, Executive
• Experience Required: 3 to 7 years
• Responsibilities: Conduct quality control tests on OSD and injectable products using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Polarimeter, Karl Fischer Titrator, pH Meter, Finished Products Analyzer, Melt.

• Educational Background: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
