Job Role & Responsibilities
Production – Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)
- Jr. Executive (10 openings): Execute routine production activities, maintain batch records, and ensure GMP compliance.
- Granulation Operator (5 openings): Handle granulation processes, manage equipment, and ensure smooth production operations.
- Coating Operator (5 openings): Operate coating machines, monitor parameters, and ensure product quality.
- Capsule Operator AF90 (2 openings): Operate capsule-filling equipment (AF90), troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure output quality.
Packing – OSD
- Jr. Executive (10 openings): Oversee blister and strip packing operations, conduct line clearance, and ensure quality packaging.
Analytical Research & Development (AR&D)
- Jr. Executive/Executive (2 openings): Conduct method development, validation, and stability studies; support regulatory submissions.
Formulation Research & Development (FR&D)
- Executive/Sr. Executive (2 openings): Lead formulation development for solid dosage forms, conduct trials, and optimize processes.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Jr. Executive – IPQA (10 openings): Execute in-process quality checks, monitor critical parameters, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Quality Control (QC)

- AR&D, FR&D: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology), M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry)
Experience Requirement:
- Jr. Executives: 1–3 years
- Operators (Granulation, Coating, Capsule): 4–8 years
- Executives/Sr. Executives: 3–10 years
- QA-RA Senior roles: 6–10 years
Note: Practical trials are mandatory for operator positions.
