Job Role & Responsibilities
Production Department
- Experience Required: 1–7 Years
- Roles: Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, Granulation, Inspection
- Designations: Operator, Sr Operator, Officer
- Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production machinery.
- Ensure adherence to GMP and SOPs.
- Monitor production processes for efficiency and quality.
- Perform routine inspections and report deviations.
QC Department
- Experience Required: 3–8 Years
- Roles: HPLC, GC, IP/FP, LCMS, Stability, RM, PM
- Designations: Jr Executive, Executive
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control testing using analytical instruments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Document results accurately and maintain records.
- Support audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Packing Department
- Experience Required: 1–8 Years
- Roles: Blister Packing, Bottle Packing
- Designations: Operator, Executive
- Responsibilities:
- Perform packing operations according to SOPs.
- Monitor packaging quality and report issues.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Production: I.T.I, Diploma, B.Sc with relevant experience.
- QC: B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm with relevant experience.
- Packing: Relevant experience in packing operations.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, analytical techniques, and production workflows.
- Relevant Courses: Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Production Technology, Life Sciences, GMP Compliance, Analytical Techniques.
