Job Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resources – Administration
- Oversee HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Support organizational development and performance management.
Welfare Officer
- Implement welfare programs and manage employee support services.
- Coordinate health, safety, and recreational activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Solvent Recovery System Operator
- Operate and maintain solvent recovery systems efficiently.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Reverse Osmosis (Water Plant) Operator
- Manage water purification processes ensuring compliance with GMP.
- Monitor RO system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain operational logs and documentation.
Instrumentation Technician
- Maintain and calibrate electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of plant instruments and equipment.
- Provide technical support for production and QC processes.
Quality Control (QC) Staff
- Perform method validation, HPLC, GC, and other analytical procedures.
- Maintain lab records, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Support formulation development and product testing.
Production Staff
- Supervise and execute manufacturing processes.
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to SOPs.
- Collaborate with QC and Engineering teams for process improvements.
Electrical Purchase Executive
- Procure electrical equipment and materials for the plant.
- Maintain vendor relationships and optimize procurement costs.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of purchased items.
