Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Control Analysts (Tablet Formulation – HPLC/GC)
- Conduct analytical testing using HPLC/GC techniques.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Handle routine analysis, stability testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve deviations.
Production (Tablet Formulation)
Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive Production
- Oversee manufacturing operations in tablet formulation.
- Ensure adherence to GMP standards.
- Monitor equipment calibration, documentation, and in-process checks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Packing Department
Officer / Sr. Officer / Associate / Technician / Operator
- Handle primary and secondary packaging operations.
- Maintain proper documentation and SOP adherence.
- Operate blister, strip, and bottle packaging lines.
QA (Tablet Formulation)
- Review batch manufacturing records.
- Conduct in-process quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audits and inspections.
IPQA Section Head
- Lead the IPQA team and oversee shop floor compliance.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP during production activities.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for timely approvals.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Quality Assurance, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or related fields).
- Experience: 1–10 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, QC, QA, or packaging (regulated markets experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, HPLC, GC, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance.
Location & Salary
- Location: Tablet Manufacturing Facility, Goa.
- Salary: Competitive – based on skills and experience. Salary no bar for the right candidate.
- Shifts: Candidates must be open to working in all shifts.
